My wife delivered a baby in Currae hospital Thane on **th December,****. Before the operation I was asked to pay a security amount of Rs. **** so that a room can be booked for the operation, which I paid on time. As per protocol they had promised to refund the amount within three months of time. It has been seven months now and they are not paying back the amount. When I visited the hospital to get the refund amount I got to know there are a lot of similar cases. They give only one excuse saying the accountant who used to handle the refunds was diagnosed Covid positive and now they have nobody to handle the same. This excuse was given to me in March **** the first time and the same was again given to me in June ****. The hospital should refund the security deposit once the final bill has been settled. This is pure harassment from the administration and nothing else !!
