Tata motors tigor - Scratches damages in car service

First service ok.
*nd service :my complaint is fm is not working.after service my tigor antenna is missing.i called workers and asked.but they are not response properly.
Next time some scratches in my car that's my fault.so i give to next sevice for paint and polish.
They are not coated properly.
So again I went to service for same painting problem.
Next service they broken my car right side back door ,and they used some paste to hide the scratches .they r cheating.
I mentioned this name person is very rude.

He is not good relationship to customers.
