Daksh shila Vidya Niketan Uslapur Bilaspur - School in Uslapur Bilaspur not paying pending salary from last 3 years

I have given full time service in Dasksh shila Vidya Niketan, Mungeli Road, Uslapur, Bilaspur CG as a primary teacher since */**/**** to **/**/****. After this I left the job and CG also, due to another job joined by my husband.

Respected Sir/Ma’am, There was more than Rs. *****.** of my salary was stopped by the principal Mrs Rekha Rao and Mr Srinivas Rao (her husband), the Director of the school, for the above said period.

In **** and **** I requested the principal ma’am to give my salary but she denied returning the money. Last time she talked with me in Feb **** and asked for some time and said I will surely return full amount till August ****. But now neither she nor her husband picking--up the phone calls. My husband called about ** -** calls in a day. Even whenever my husband called Mr Rao has immediately cut the call.

Besides this I also want to inform you that she stopped the salary of most of her employees in that time period. Some of them have physically gone to the school and demanded their pending salary, which is very difficult to do this time for me (demanding pending salary).

Sir, currently I am unable to give this complaint physically in front of you. I am requesting with respect to you to please help me to receive my pending salary from the school.
