My Mother has been invested in Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited as FD. Bond has been matured on **/****** but the Branch staff is not at all responding properly and saying that they can't be process the refund or to give us the maturity amount which needs to be paid.
Please kindly help us in resolving it.
