Smooth Line - Scartch remover fague

I placed order for car scratch removers through face book. But I am not received any messages from dope cart. Suddenly I received on **th March **** that Car Scratch remover has been dispatched through Blue Dart and it will be received on **th March ****. I have received on **th March **** and blue Dart received the cash Rs.**** for * Nos. I opened on today and tried to remove scratches of my car. But is it is duplicate not removing single Scratch. There is no way to return the product and get refund in their website.
