Mkart shoppy operate through whatsapp number and instagram id Mkart shoppy - Scammed Wrong product recieved Third quality product

I purchased a shirt from a whatsapp shoppy called Mkart shoppy, they operate through a whatsapp number ********** and also available on instagram on the name Mkart_shoppy. I clearly made order for a ** size shirt and they send me a ** size shirt. The package contains an invoice that is from some other seller and the invoice seems fake and it shows only some *** rs as amount. Now when i asked the seller to replace it he refuses to do it. The product is third quality and i feel cheated by this. The sellers are not registered legally it seems and all this feels like a scam. I am attaching proof of my purchase here, i hope justice gets served and that each consumer gets his right protected. I want the product taken back and get refunded your honor.
