Kurtagrace - Scammed us with wrong product

On the first week of April I ordered a kurta set from a instagram page kurtagrace and I paid an amount of ****Rs and they scammed me with a old saree and dupatta ,it is written in there returns are available and now they are not taking the call or there is no esponse from and there is no customer care service I am a student and it was my hard saved money and I don't to what do anymore please help me
