I had ordered through Facebook Ads of The Clothing Hub thru Cash on Delivery. I recvd an instant email confirming my order. However, there was no other notification regarding delivery of order. The order was recvd after * days and I paid thru Gpay to Ekart person delivering the parcel. Gpay id was also of Ekart. On opening the parcel I found that a completely different order was delivered to me. On checking the website again to initiate refund, i learned that I have been scammed as there was no contact information available. The email id also looked fraudulent (tjk******@gmail.com/ store+***********@t.shopifyemail.com).
