Ghadiwale - Scammed me with wrong product

Hi myself Rohit Pradhan and i have ordered casio f**w watch from ghadiwale website on ** th November **** and i was thinking that i will get a good product and when I get the product on ** November **** I was shocked it was a low quality *rd copy watch and when I submit a return request on **th November **** it didn't get return it is now till in they have not accepted return request
