Videocon and Srishti Enterprises Sector 11, Rohini,Delhi. - Scammed by Videocon and Shristi Enterprises

My problem is as follows :

I had purchased a Videocon Refrigerator **L Model VCL ***SH(Serial Number :
******************) on **/**/**** from Meharsons electronics pvt. ltd.
Sector **-B Chandigarh for a total amount of Rs. ****.I have attached
a copy of the retail invoice of the same in the attached files.

Recently, in May **** I was staying in Sector ** Rohini,Delhi during this time the compressor of this

refrigerator had stopped
working.Therefore, as the compressor was in warranty I had raised a
service request on **/**/**** through my phone number ********** for
compressor replacement(SVC Number : DEL**********).
On the same day I was then called by a man named Sonu from a shop
called Srishti Enterprises in Sector ** Rohini,Delhi.He said that a
technician from his shop will call and visit my place.

Mr. Lalit from Srishti Enterprises visited my home in my absence.My
brother was present and he assisted Lalit who then replaced the
compressor and charged my brother Rs. **** on my name(Receipt No. ***
from Srishti Enterprises) for Gas filling(which he did not do) +
Visiting charges.I have attached a copy of the invoice of the same in
the attached files.
As soon as Mr. Lalit went back, the refrigerator had stopped
working.It was not working when I came back home later that evening.I
immediately called Mr. Lalit but he did not respond.

In the morning on **/**/**** I called Mr. Lalit and told him that the
refrigerator was not working, but he did not listen to me and instead
started shouting and spoke very rudely with me and hung up the
phone.Then I called Mr. Sonu and he said that he will send some
technician on Monday **/**/****.On Monday afternoon when nobody came,
I called Mr. Sonu and he said that the senior technician Mr. Naveen
had not come to office.I then made Mr. Sonu speak to my mother and he
promised that the next day i.e. on **/**/**** he will send some
technician for sure.Meanwhile, I had twice sent SMS to *****(Videocon Customer Care) for svc
but nobody had called me back.

On **/**/**** a technician named,Rahul had called me and he was also
VERY RUDE and he laid a condition that only if I will email him the
copy of the retail invoice of the refrigerator first then only he will
come, I told him that I did not have internet services available at
that given time and he can therefore collect the copy of the original
bill from my residence when he will visit, but he was totally not cooperating.So I gave the phone to my mother

and this man Mr. Rahul
from Srishti Enterprises started shouting at her and threatened her to
go ahead and complain against them anywhere.

I have already made several requests to Videocon Customer Care and nobody
has called me back.
I have also registered a complaint with consumer helpline(complaint number : ******).

Please help me to get my money back from Videocon and their service partner Srishti Enterprises Sector **,

Rohini,Delhi.
