UM Lohia Two Wheeler Pvt Ltd - Scammed by UM Lohia No Service No Parts and Defunct Company Support for Renegade Sports S

​I am the owner of a UM Renegade Sports S, purchased in **** (Registration No: [Your Bike Number]). This vehicle was marketed as a high-performance cruiser through the joint venture between United Motors (UM) and Lohia Auto (UML).
​Since the purchase, I have faced the following grievances:
​Manufacturing Defects & Poor Performance: The bike never delivered the promised performance. It suffered from extreme vibrations, poor build quality, and frequent mechanical failures despite regular maintenance.
​Sudden Cessation of Operations: In ****, the company abruptly stopped operations in India without providing any exit strategy for existing customers. They failed to upgrade to BS* norms, effectively killing the resale value of my vehicle.
​Complete Lack of After-Sales Support: There is currently no official service center, no availability of genuine spare parts, and no point of contact for technical support. This has rendered my vehicle a "dead asset" parked in my garage.
​Unfair Trade Practice: The promoters (Ayush Lohia and Jose Villegas) have abandoned their legal and ethical obligations toward thousands of customers, leaving us with non-functional machines and no recourse for repairs.
​This has caused me significant financial loss and mental agony. The bike is now unusable and unsellable due to the company's disappearance.
