eliss insta in instagram - scammed by sending a cloth piece

i ordered jeans worth *** from an Instagram store @eliss_insta i recieved the package today but it seems like i've been frauded. they sent me a cloth piece so when i contacted the store they left my messages on read. i asked them for a refund but im not getting any response from them. please help me out
