Recyclekart Private Limited CIN - Scammed by Recyclekart Vayu Jain Nonreceipt of Product even After Payment Got scammed

I had ordered Lenovo T*** laptop On July ** **** but they sent L*** (a lower model) on Jul ** **** so I returned it and they received the return on * August. So I don't have the product nor the money right now. They promised to send the accurate product but till date I have not received anything not the product neither my money. I used to check with them every week but they give non relevant reason like parts unavailable or shifting office. when asked for refund they said they won't give refund. they have defrauded me.
