gplt in - Scammed by Instagram Shop

I placed an order of a blue dress from this Instagram Shop called GPLT.IN on *nd July **** and prepaid the amount of ****.** rupees online through BHIM UPI at *:**PM with Transaction ID ************. But no order confirmation message or mail was sent to me even though I provided both information. So I messaged the gplt.in shop on Instagram enquiring about my order status as their website said “No order history” even though I already paid through UPI and placed the order. They ignored my messages. They have not reached back to me at all. And they are NOT providing me a refund even though on *nd july **** they said they would provide refund in cash if i cancel the order.
