Genial Exploring Pvt Ltd - Scammed by false promises and did not get any of the facility that was promised

Genial exploring pvt ltd offered the membership to us where they said that on the payment of *.* lacs, we will get basic and privileged benefits for * years. Basic as in travel related and privileged benefits as in we will get *K coupons/cash/online amount on monthly basis, plus they said they have tie up with famous gyms like Gold/ cult fit gyms so we will get gym membership in advance, some halls for family functions. So I took the membership on February start week. I made payment using credit card for which they said they will convert to EMI and additional interest charges will be paid back to us. But it did not happen. we thought it was some bank issue so we swapped card twice. but again it did not convert any amount to EMI. And they really tortured us for refunding out initial card swap amount back to us. Also, they made us sign a so called contract where they mentioned all these things but did not follow any of it.
Now it has been * months, we have not received any of the single benefit that they have mentioned. They are just fooling us by saying we will pay you this amount in these days but not received single rupee amount yet. We are feeling that we have been scammed by false promises and it is very crucial for us since I am middle class family and facing economical pressure due to this. I had to take personal loan to pay their amount and I am paying EMI for that.
Fortunately everything is on email. they have committed a lot of things over email and their so call ETAs which they did not follow.
Please help us to get our whole amount plus the additional EMI interest amount that we are paying for no good reason. I will attach the email chain here.
