I received a damaged jersey from footballmonk , decided to do an exchange . After it was delivered back to them i got am email saying they initiated a refund i then emailed them that i need an exchange and they asked me to give details of my order. I never received the New Jersey .That was the last time i heard from them. I have been sending emails asking for a refund because maybe they don’t have the jersey i wanted but no response.They completely stopped responding to my emails from last month till today.
