I deposited ₹*,*** (Transaction ID: ************, UPI, Sept **, ****, **:** PM IST) to Parimatch App (parimatchweb.com, Player ID: *********). It shows “declined” but was deducted from my bank. KYC verified. Four emails from info@parimailbet.com (Sept **, **:**, **:**, **:**, **:** IST) cited a wrong transaction (pm-bet.in). Two unattempted notifications (Sept **, **:**, **:** IST). PhonePe (Ticket *********) reports a **-day wait, despite RBI’s *-* day refund rule. Contacted Parimatch (Sept **, ****).
Relief Sought: Refund ₹*,*** immediately; investigate Parimatch’s legitimacy.
