Lounge Lives - SCAM

Everybody who has filed complaints here PLEASE BEWARE. I got this scammers' number online under lounge lives customer support ********** the guy's name is Santosh Munda. I told him my order number and he said it has been cancelled. I asked for refund and he said he'll call me back. The number from which the call back came is +************
He asked me to download Anydesk remote control app from Google play store. It's basically an app that lets other people access your device from remote locations. This guy then asked me to share the * digit number on the app. I refused as I understood what this app does and asked for another way. He said he can refund the money via PhonePe. He asked me to type my own phone number and @sbi
He was fooling me to transfer **** more to this UPI ID and foolishly enough I did but PhonePe cleverly cancelled the transaction. The hints that I got that it was a scam is he kept asking me what my bank account balance is and when I wasn't sharing it saying that's confidential he got irritated and asked for **k from my account, I abused him and cut the phone. I'll attach voice recording below. Please report this website and numbers on cybercrime cell. I have already done that. Please forget about the money, you are not getting it back but you can help get this scammer behind bars so he isn't able to snatch from innocents.
