I took service from justdial of *** leads on *nd feb **** and took the the EMI option of ****/- for * months after completion of emi on april ** i was debited with ****/- which is *th month instalments without any intimation after fighting and and complaining for * month i got refund back ****/- and the answer was given that you have a due payment thats why rest amount is deducted. I said okay atleast something is back and today on ** june they have deducted ****/- which i have already asked them to delete my business account with them and delete my ECS mandate from there list. This company is so humiliating there customer support is torturing me whenever they pick up the call i have to explain to them the full story and they drop the call again and again i am doing this thing and not getting proper response. I have to deal with them leaving my work and fighting for myself. Last time i was so depressed calling them and again i am facing the same depression just because of there service.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
