Gemdesire - Scam fraud

Hi!
It is a fashion jewellery brand named Gemdesire’ which was ‘Gemiful’, Website: gemiful.com earlier(till a month or * -* months ago) and changed to ‘gemdesire’, Website: gemdesire.com now! We bought a couple of fashion jewellery from this brand when it was known ‘gemiful’ but did not receive our shipment and it has been over * months since we placed our order with them now when we are demanding our full refund they are keep on saying that ‘they have refunded us’ which we did not receive yet, now when we are asking the refund details like refund issue date, receipt, refund ID etc. so that we can check with our bank they are not providing any details, not even refund issue date!! And keep on saying “we have refunded you, you need to check with your bank).
How can we check with our bank when we have zero details about our refund???!!!
Their foolish and childish statements clearly say that it’s a scam and this brand Gemiful(gemdesire now) never refunded us neither intends to refund our money because they are scammers!
We are looking for help, we have all the chatting history with their official Instagram page in which you can also noticed how they changed their brand name from Gemiful to Gemdesire and website name accordingly also purchased confirmation billl.
