As soon as I booked flight tickets from https://www.travolook.in/ after payment I got a call from their customer service within *mins that my booking has not been made due to some issues and I will get the refund within **-**days. Which I found suspecting because its site says it will refund within **hours. I tried to connect to their customer care several times but no response.
I search on the internet and got to know that many people suffered from this fraud.
