Magic Bricks - Scam and fraud

I was finding tenants for my property magic bricks always showed high paying tenants for my property but I couldn’t get the numbers so thought the prime membership would make my property more visible and I can get more numbers to contact.i paid * thousand and only got two numbers to contact. And now there are asking me more money for me to able to contact others and * people at max lol. What is this?
We are tight on budget and thought this much spending should be worth it and this is what we get. There is no refund,I can’t find my property on website when I check from somebody else’s phone.. I regret using my hard earned * thousand on this s***.
