Expertrons - Scam

Expertrons is a company where they offer skills improving students skills in communication, soft skills and hard skills, domain skills and provide us ***% placement so in January their sales person contacted me regarding interview that My profile is been shortlisted so i have to come for interview in their branch which is located in Andheri, Mumbai so I went their with my father they explain me about what they will offer what skills they will provide which will help me to improve my skills I listened to everything about that expertrons pro product which was the price of * lakh and they showed me the brochure of their tie ups where big big multinational companies was mentioned and they told that they don't offer below *.* lac CTC so this was their main pitching point for which I bought this for * lakh and they told you dont have to pay this lumpsum amount we have financial partners earlysalary from which we can have loan for * lakh so i bought that and signed the agreement and I have to pay that emi for ** months and my trainings started and they gave me job in local companies with fluctuate salary so i resigned from their and I told them you showed me this big big companies and told us you will provide the salary of *.* lacs package so they told me they will give me another job placement but it's been * month and beyond they didn't provided and arguing with me about the salary so i told them to cancel the agreement but they are saying we will cancel the agreement but you have to pay the emi but they don't give me the placement then why we would pay the emi when I told them that I will not pay the emi then they told me your cibil record will be bad and you will be charged for not paying emi then theyll send the legal notice to my home pls help me with this scam case
