Sbi general insurance policy - SBI General Insurance Company cheating policy holders

Sir, I took a policy SBI General Insurance in **** by informing the agent that my husband is suffering from cardiac disease, that time agent told me that he can avail benefit for Cardiac disease only after completion of * years, but on completion of * years when I put up my claim SBI Insurance Company rejected my claim by by stating that I have not informed about pre-existing disease. So recently I discontinued the earliest policy and took a new policy from SBI General Insurance by informing the agent that to record about pre existing disease of my husband, But this time also policy copy is issued without recording about my husband's pre existing disease so agent and SBI General Insurance Company continuously cheated me and caused me financial and mental agony. Hence I am requesting this Hon'ble forum to direct SBI General Insurance to compensate my loss and to issue fresh policy by incorporating about my husband's pre existing disease. Further, in this matter SBI General Insurance Company is vacariously liable for the wrongful act of the insurance company.
