I placed an order for white coloured The Transit luggage chekin(large) on **th May **** for Rs ****.The amount was debited to my SBI credit card as reflected in the statement but I didnot receive any order no or any other details.I received a message on my mobile mentioning 'Rs **** spent on your SBI credit card ending **** at Dreamplug Technologies P on **/*/****.Txn not done by you ?Report at .....
My payment details are shown in my sbi card statement under unsettled transaction
Please look into the matter urgently so I get back my amount of Rs ****
