state bank of india jaipur - sbi account fraud transacation

My name is himanshu makhija son of mr. lalit kumar makhija . i have a saving account in sbi jln marg malviya nagar jaipur account no. - *********** andifsc code- sbin******* . my account is debited with rs. ****/-, *****/-, ***/- on *th aug. -**** without any otp. I have not done these transactions. i have lodge a fir . but they are not resolve my problem . i have visited the bank branch on *th Aug. **** but officials at bank refused to take my complaint . After it i visited the bank branch on **th aug. **** with copy of FIR but again bank officials refused to take my complaint in written . they suggested me that we acnt help you , every thing can be done by police. i have recevd beneficiary account details but both are not helping me.
