I ordered from Savana on **th August for my trip on *st September and they haven’t updated the status since ** days and it is stuck at “ready to send to dispatch centre.” I had no idea this would happen and I’m stuck and I have no backup clothes for my trip. Customer service is not even helping. What a pathetic and non reliable cloth brand is Savana. This brand is only good to influencers… we pay so much money and still have to go through these issues with so much stress.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
