i bought yellow silk saree for my mother of ₹****+₹** Cod charges. Order id :, SB****-****, Product id: SB*******. form saribox.com on **Aug ****. The saree i received was different from the pictures. before my purchase, they told me about * days replacement /refund.after receiving the faulty product when i called them about. they told me to call them after *:**pm and i did but their phone was unreachable. next day i called them again at regular office hours they blocked my phone number . i share the problem in their whatsapp official number ********** they again blocked me... they are doing fraud with the customers. i want my refund but no reply from them.

It was an advertisement on Facebook n the saree discription was shown as silk saree **% discount. Colour was good. I ordered when delivered the picture was different than saree quality is horrible.
Very poor quality product and no option to return. I require details as to how refund can be received
