Delivered cheap quality products. Not initiating return of product. Saying that the have delivered the same product. I ordered a different soft silk saree worth Rs **** including delivery charges. They have sent me a very cheap quality saree of worth *** or less.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
