I came across her fb page and liked a saree she posted. I contacted her on whatsapp using number given in fb page. Assured of its availability, I booked the saree and transferred money on jan *st. On *th janaury, after constant interactions, she sent me the parcel booking number. It was genuine and I kept tracking it (Delhivery courier). Unfortunately, the parcel didn’t reach me since I had inadvertently mentioned wrong phone number while booking (********** instead on **********) and the parcel was returned. I kept contacting her asking her to send the parcel again but she has not responded nor seen my posts. In between she said her father was ill and was admitted to ICU. But she keeps updating her fb page every now and then.
