We have booked a saree for the first time in takesaree.com,saree which is showing in the app & the saree which we had received physically is different,as we tried to return it through the company website but after reading the companies refund policy our mind got blocked,we had never seen these type of refund policy in any of the online stores,this is completely wrost service & wrost refund policy by company because without customer satisfaction no business will run,the refund policy is completely against the customers,it is kept for the company sake so that no customer should return the product irrespective of any reason.
