Sanzkriti by Risha sundriyal - Sanzkriti - ordered lehanga and lost our hope

Sanzkriti is owned by Risha Sundriyal. It is a big cheating firm. We ordered a dress on Nov **, ****. She supposed to deliver it on Dec *, ****. We paid two partial payments to her bank account. She said she will send pictures everyday about the progress of the dress but she never did. She just sent only blouse picture after asking numerous times. She gave us false promises and she lied to us that she already sent the package when we asked on Dec *. But when we asked details we realised that she didn't even prepare the lehanga and everything is the bluff game. We asked our money back and she hasn't returned us neither the money nor lehanga. We called so many times. Most of the times she didn't pick. I am sharing this experience so that people will be alert.
