This is Dr. Sandeep Kore from Pune- Chinchwadgaon. I have purchased Santro CNG- Petrol in the month of May ****- VIN No-MALAF**CLLM******.
I find there are recurrent manufacturing defects in the car which leads to life threatening to my life. I would like to know if Hyundai will take responsibility for my family if some major incident occurs to me.
I have lost trust in Hyundai Motors, the quality product which is delivered to the customer.I have been using Ford, Maruti & Toyota vehicles for the last **years but till date i didn't receive such manufactured products from them. It's mental harassment done by Hyundai Motors with me.I don't have any complaints against the Kundan Hyundai- Chinchwad & the service advisor.
Summary of incidence;
*. Mileage of the car was ****km when I was driving on the highway and suddenly the car speed dropped to **-**km in the middle of the highway. I had to tow the car to the showroom date -**th Aug ****. This can be cross verified with Hyundai Helpline Number, request for towing the vehicle.*. Defect in CNG- Pressure Regulator Overhaul was found & replaced*. After a week the same incident occurred in the middle of the highway & again the car was back to the showroom.*. I was lucky on both the incident days as there was no speeding vehicle behind me, & there was no major accident with me.*. This time a technical person from Hyundai attended  my concern & the related software was updated. *. How do i trust the same incident won't reoccur in future with me. i would like to know if this is the quality product delivered after paying the desired amount.*. At the mileage of ****km there was a rattling sound in the driver side door. As I drive in city areas with smooth roads this wasn't expected in such a small duration after purchase of a car.*. Again the car was to the showroom for servicing of *****km. The servicing was done, the rattling sound was no more.*. After * days the same rattling sound started . Now to the existing there was a new rattling sound which appeared to be from the front dashboard to me.**. To me it was very disgusting & frustrating to have such a defective manufactured car.**. Again back to the showroom, this time the car was for * days in the showroom. **. Technical person from Hyundai visited my car for the concern. He instructed to replace a) Glass Assy WindShieldb) W/Strip Assy FR DR Side RHc) *** ml- Sealant Kit -W/S Glass
I would like to know if this is the quality product delivered by Hyundai. An international brand delivering such quality products.  How do I trust  Hyundai as a brand, I am also sure in future there will be more defects & I will have to visit the showroom recurrently. These are the benefits of purchasing a Hyundai car.
**. It's my humble request to Hyundai, I am a doctor by profession, my schedules are busy. I cannot afford to visit the showroom & handover the car for servicing recurrently.**. I request Hyundai to refund my amount with the bank interest. I am totally unsatisfied with the newly purchased car.**. Requesting Hyundai to take this complaint seriously as i have faced life threatening incidents with myself, for defective car production.**. Or i need to register legal case against Hyundai under Consumer Act
