Hi,
I purchased the Samsung TV in ****, and currently some Lines are being developed at the screen. I have contacted the Samsung service center for its repair, and I was informed that some panel needs to be replaced. But later on the company person informed me that the entire display needs to be replaced, as the they don't just manufacture the panel. Which increased the cost of repair by ** - ** %. I have checked my warranty card again, and it’s nowhere mentioned that Samsung will not perform the repair of the parts. So why Samsung is forcing its consumers to spend more money on costly replacements. If this is the product deficiency than the cost should be bear by the Samsung but not by its users.
Also I want to know that why the customers are not informed in advance before purchasing of the product that the repairing of the product will not be entertained by Samsung.
Further I also wants to highlight if Samsung is not entertaining the repairs, than how many tons of electronic wastes are being produced Globally by this Samsung policy. And still Samsung talks about environment friendly?
