Samsung India - Samsung Tab Heating issue Unresolved

Dear Sir
I purchased a Tab S*+ one month’s back from SAMSUNG STORE IN CHENNAI, exactly after **st day of purchase, I started to feel the heating issue. As guided by customer care I visited service centre twice to get it fixed. It was Confirmed by the service centre on the issue even after certain repairs and a job sheet was assigned. I spoke to the call centre and escalated this issue, the next level officer Mr.Ramkumar after looking in the issue and listening to the issues faced by me, committed a replacement of this device as a defective one and said people for head office will call me and the process will be over. I felt a little relieved as Spending Rs ***** at this COVID-** time is not a joke. I love the product but I am scared to use it due to heating issues, if something wrong happens to me or my family due to this, who will be responsible.
People who get in touch ask me to bring it to the service centre again and again. I have done that twice, anyone who touches the device can feel that heat, I wonder why the service team made it complicated.
They know it's a defective one, still not accepting the fact. I have written enough, but I get the same reply from their desk that a team is working and asking me to wait. From **th October till date I am not using this device. WE spend to use; Samsung service gave only mental pressure. As a responsible team I have requested the team to end this once and for all. It's been exactly ** days since the problem was reported. Still no action taken even from CEO desk. If you want, I have all the proof (calls conversation even email communication with the same words " please wait a team is working on it" I have waited enough sir. I even sent an email that the team is not keeping up the commitments.
