Hi Samsung,
I was earlier pretty happy about using samsung suiting my budget. All of a sudden, after the recent upgrade which is dated to be the *st Sep ****, the phone automatically is restarting with out any intervention. I was all over the web and tried to tweak the issue by restarting it in safe mode, factory reset but all in vain. Finally I had raised an issue to the samsung service center and visited the store, where after technician checking the mobile said that there is an issue with the motherboard and we need to replace the same but as my mobile has crossed * months over the warranty I was asked a charge of Rs.****/- towards replacement of the motherboard. I dont understand what exactly is the issue and why is not spoken by any of the persons. When I visited samsung communities I have learnt that there are many others like me who are facing the similar issue with this Model, if it had to go in * year why would I purchase a mobile from Samsung. There is no ownership that the company takes and no solution that is given till date, which makes me feel that I would definitely not use phones of Samsung in my lifetime and recommend strongly other to not use any of the services from this company.
