Samsung galaxy - Samsung refusing warranty repair

I bought a samsung GALAXY A** mobile phone from a samsung dealer on **-**-****.
now suddenly the phone screen has stopped functioning, without any damage to the device on my part.There is not even a single scratch in the screen,but when i showed it to the service centre they told us ITS SCREEN BLEEDING ISSUE.
When i am sure that my phone has not damaged by me in any case ,please tell me WHY THE DEVICE IS MANUFACTURED IN SUCH A WAY THAT BY JUST KEEPING IT IN MY POCKET it gets damaged???
I am a dedicated samsung customer, please see to the issue and provide the repair under warranty.
