I purchased Samsung Refrigerator and within * days noticed that its giving unusual sounds and huge vibration (inside vessels and water bottles are shaking). I have video recording of this shaking vibration. Also I have recording of unusual sounds. But some times less sounds and some times loud sounds are coming. At what time coming also unknown its randomly coming. I shown these to technician he asked me to record more which is not possible. And he said they will pick up refrigerator and keep on observation.
Request raised on **th Nov **** after that daily I am calling no one answering properly. Daily committing by today will pick but they won't. Again I am calling its prolonging like this from * days. I am loosing my pacience, temper and mentally disturbed and depressed on this loss. Please help me. Samsung B*x request ID: **********.
