I have purchase a Samsung level u head set on **/**/**** and bill no ***** from Tirumala teleworld (****-**) shop no *, aditya annex, shri shakthi road (coen road) hubli-****** . now the right side of the head set is not working . I have went to Hubli service center ( Request no.**********) on **.**.**** and they verified the product and generated a compliant request in that request they have mentioned the purchase date wrongly as **/**/**** and rejected the replacement.A small wire loose connection was there in the right side headset . because of the quality issue of the product. Kindly look in to this matter and resolve the case as soon as possible.
