noticed that heat generated from inside due to some electrical component out of order internally and the frame bottom left side which is melted while standing in face toward led screen frame started melting ,the observation report also not shared with me from the customer care and uploaded the matter by your service centre and consider the problem physical damage what is the meaning of physical damage in your word kindly explain me if you have any observation report of your field engineer than share to me, it should be fallen or heated with some object with the help of word (physical Damage) only you people started forcing the same word if you have any picture of physical damage or any small scratch on television share to me .
consider the matter warranty cancel and yesterday itself I got call l for the service charge that time I explain the matter to your senior official the again generated one request from your end for re visit and do the proper inspection through the service order no -********** still no visit has been done from your end and you decided for warranty cancel if the thing will like that I have to take necessary action towards this I will make a complain of the matter at any level if I not get satisfaction from your end.
