On **rd of Sep-**** I have ordered Samsung Crystal ** inch TV From Amazon , Today it got delivered I.e **th of Sep-****, As per open box policy on order I have open the package in front of delivery person, and it got a big scratch on Screen,actually I have requested amazon to replace of product as per there terms and conditions but there force fully cancelled my order and stating that I need to again re order the product, what if I didn't get the product for same offered price which I bought earlier, I dint refunded my amount as well, here mistake is from seller and amazone but as customer I am suffering, no proper replay from customer support and to get back my refund amount to my account they asking for the my KYC uploading of my pic and my voterid card ,which I have did too but still my problem didn't resolved.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
