Sagar Asia Private Limited - Sample not developed and money not retunned

We have paid £ ***.** dated **th May to Sagar Asia Private Limited as sample development charges for tubular components.
We were informed *-* weeks as sample development lead time and we had sent them payment remittance copy on **th May and stated following with them as the due date was near but they kept giving us excuse every time.
It has been over ** weeks now, but they have no clear feedback on sample ready date, we are following with them on returning the sample charges but they are again making excuses about the concern person not keeping well without giving any confirmed date.
