Continental hospital financial district Hyderabad - Sample messed and covid report delayed Haven t received yet

I submitted my sample for RT PCR on Saturday i.e. **/*/**** (patient Id: CH********) at around *:**am at continental hospital, financial district, Hyderabad. I was supposed to get the results next day i.e. on **/*/**** in ** hours from the time of submission. After calling multiple times they told me that the sample had an error and asked me to submit the sample again promising me that they will mail me the report in * hours.
But, they did not do so and I had explained them the urgency of the report. Their customer services are so irresponsive and useless. And there is no way to directly reach people who can register the customer complaints.
