I bought the Nothing CMF Phone one from Flipkart on twenty seventh October twenty twenty-four.
After seven days, the phone’s screen went completely blank and became unresponsive.
So, on fifth November , I took the phone to my nearest service center (Vijaypal Telecom, Roorkee). The technician didn’t clearly explain the issue and just repaired the phone instead of issuing a replacement, even though the phone was completely dead. I have the job card as proof.
The service center returned my phone on sixth November, but just two days later, the same issue happened again. This time, the technician repaired it without giving me a job card.
The third time, the same screen issue came back in December, and again the service center did not issue a job card.
The issue happened for the fourth time in March. I took the phone to the service center on thirty first March twenty twenty five. They changed the screen connectors, and I received a job card for this visit.
Then again, on the evening of *rd June , the screen became completely dead. I visited the service center on fourth June. They did not issue a job card this time either, and the receptionist behaved very rudely with me.
The same issue came back on fourteen June. I went to the service center on sixteen June and raised the matter with the escalation manager. Only after the manager’s intervention they replaced the motherboard. The phone was in the service center for three days. I have the job card for this repair.
Now, after **th June, I am seeing screen flickering for *–* seconds at random times. I’m worried the issue is still not fixed. Customer support is asking me to record the problem, but how can I record something that happens randomly?
This phone has been repaired * times in just * months, and the problem still exists. Now, customer care is not allowing me to speak to the escalation manager or higher authority.
I’m stuck with a device that is unreliable and can become dead at any moment.
Neither customer support nor the service center is helping me with a replacement or refund. I’m tired of visiting the service center again and again without getting a permanent solution.
