Absolute IT Solutions Pvt Ltd - Sales wrong service

My laptop was not working fine, I don't know what exactly happened so I went to the Lenovo store as previously I purchased laptop from them. I thought it's better to repair laptop from authorize dealer and there was a salesman Gautam Gujare who sale wrong service plan and said this issue will not happen again. After *-* days I got same issue. I reached out to their store and they said he is not working with us anymore. and now they are saying the problem with laptop is different, so it will require to change motherboard. it means my ****/- already waste and they are asking more money and not taking responsibility of salesman.
