I wanted to Broadband connection at my place in Pune. The sales person contacted me and mentioned me * months +* month free plan offer where if I choose Plan * month plan I have to pay for only * months and I will get * month free total * month but my net got deactivated after * months. When I call the sales person he isn't receiving my call. Even after raising a request didn't got any resolution.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
