salesbazaar - Sales bazar product shipping details did not delivered

I have ordered TV from salesbazaar.com website on **/**/**** order I'd **** and paid *****/- for
LG *** CM (** INCHES) *K ULTRA HD SMART LED TV. I have done UPI transaction from my UPI I'd is ************. After that I have got confirmation mail for my order in mail. In that it was clearly mention that you will get shipping details asap. But till now I have not recieved any shipping details from them. I have tried to contact their helpdesk number also but it was getting disconnected. So I would like to cancel my order and get refund amount. Could you please help me for this.
