Car Dekho - Sale of used car

With due respect I want to say that I sold my wolkswagan polo UP**GF**** through the cardekho portal.
It is to inform that all challan pending for said vehicle had already been paid by me (copies attached).
But as per phone call all challan have been paid at car dekho end and amount is deducted from my balance amount for the same by car dekho.
It's so ridiculous that they are not providing details of expenses done instead held the money without any reason or proof.
But till date, I didn't receive my full payment and receipt of challan deposited.
