I purchased two units of the above product from Sarkkart via their website. Upon delivery, the following issues were observed:

The box was unsealed.
Loose screws were found inside the box.
The build quality was extremely poor and substandard.
As per the company’s return policy, I recorded and submitted a continuous unboxing video showing the defective state of the product. Despite this, my return request was denied.

Their customer support responded dismissively, claiming “this is the best light in the market,” and made no effort to process the return or refund
