Technosoft Services - Salary Settlement is not done

I am working with Technosoft Services from ** July **** to July **** at Tata Steel, Jajpur, Cuttack (under the vendor HP) as Desktop Support Engineer. I left the job on July **st ****. During settlement company have to pay last month salary and bonus payment of amount Rs. *****. Technosoft me only Rs. *****/- and not giving rest amount till now. The bonus salary contribution of amount *** rupees per month and it will pay annually. Since i completed *year of job so it will be *** x **= *****/-. I informed this matter to my company also HP vendor manager Mr. Satya Narayan pradhan but they given false commitment to me. The HR person Mr. Pranab told me they give the amount after Dushera but now they deny to give the amount.
I also informed to Tatasteel Contractor Cell regarding this matter but still now i am not getting the amount.

The company belongs to Jamshedpur and myself belongs to Cuttack, Odisha. So i can not physically goto the place. The address
